From the booze, gambling, strip clubs, and flashy hotels, every night is a late night in vegas.
It seems like when anyone comes to visit us here in vegas it’s nothing but, “When can we go to the strip? When is it party time?” Unfortunately what gets missed is the amazingly dynamic skate scene that lurks just a few miles from the glamorous Las Vegas strip. This is the city that spawned the amazing talent of Kenny Anderson, Braydon Szfranski, Matt Ball, Sean Eaton, Ragdoll, and Sammy Baca. There is a plethora of terrain to be found here. Stairs, rails, gaps, ditches, and more ditches. Also, there are about fifteen skate parks located in the Las Vegas area, all open until eleven, free, and pretty much no park nannies pestering you with rules. Next time you are dragged along on that family vacation or come down with your homies for your big 21st birthday, don’t forget to bring your skateboard.
These photos are of a collection of skaters that I put together in whom I see great potential. These guys are the real deal and are ripping the Vegas scene to the fullest.
