Native Union Switch Speaker Review
Native Union Switch Speaker
Native Union recently tossed their newest product, a wireless portable blue tooth speaker into the UPS truck for us to put through its paces. The Native Union SWITCH arrived to an eager audience here in the office. By eager audience, I mean just me, since I refused to tell anyone or share my new toy.

Beautiful and simple in design, the SWITCH can be laid on its side or vertically.
The SWITCH features a rubber non-slip coating that feels a little like a dildo. Holding the SWITCH, brings up the kind of nervous excitement you got when you grasped and were about to insert your first dildo into a vagina. Remember that?

The SWITCH connected to my I Phone effortlessly and the three powerful speakers deliver great, rich sound quality. The SWITCH features an intuitive volume wheel, which the company says was inspired by the hi-fi audio systems.

After playing with the speaker in the office, I took the SWITCH for a drive in my car. I drive an 80’s car with an original stereo, which means that if I want to listen to music on my I Phone I have to put ear buds in. I dropped the speaker on my dash and away I went. Sounded good but I found myself needing more volume as I maxed out the volume fairly quickly with the ambient sound of the road. In all fairness to the SWITCH, I’m pretty deaf and this old diesel car is loud.

The beauty of the SWITCH, is it’s not only a portable Bluetooth speaker but you can also use the unit as a conference call hub and a power supply to charge your other USB devises should they run out of juice.

The Native Union SWITCH speaker is available in five colors – black, red, grey, blue and white – and costs $149.99. Buy it here.
